This site exists as an outlet for up-to-date news on the Wisam Hadad v. Jessica Sierra case. Ms. Sierra has achieved notoriety as a former contenstant on the Fox Television show "America Idol." On April 29, 2007 Jessica Sierra was arrested at a Tampa nightclub and charged with Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon, Possession of Cocaine and Introducing Contraband into a Correctional Facility. Criminal charges are still pending. The victim of this alleged assault was 28 year old business owner Wisam Hadad. Mr. Hudad was lacerated just above his eye and has filed a civil suit in Hillsborough County against Ms. Sierra. This suit is still pending, and additional details can be found throughout this site.
